Check the finished mixture

Measure after all ingredients, preservative and final water have been incorporated and the HA is fully hydrated. Use a calibrated pH meter suitable for the serum or cream, at room temperature.

If adjustment is needed, use a formula-compatible diluted pH adjuster in small, measured additions; mix and remeasure. Recheck after 24 hours at the same temperature. There is no fixed number of drops that works for every batch.

The target must fit every ingredient and the preservative. Reaching it does not establish safety or shelf life.

Before preparing this formula

0.1 g supplied powder plus 9.9 g water gives 10 g total: 1% powder by weight. Actual active-peptide content depends on the supplied material and its assay.
The source omits a preservative system, stability data and shelf life. Do not prepare this as a stored stock until these are established.
The source suggests adding 1.5 mL stock to 30 mL serum, which increases the final volume. This is not a verified final concentration; mass-based stock cannot be converted accurately to millilitres without density. Drop counts are not precise measurements.
