Suggested final pH

Check the finished mixture
Measure after all ingredients, preservative and final water have been incorporated and the HA is fully hydrated. Use a calibrated pH meter suitable for the serum or cream, at room temperature.
If adjustment is needed, use a formula-compatible diluted pH adjuster in small, measured additions; mix and remeasure. Recheck after 24 hours at the same temperature. There is no fixed number of drops that works for every batch.
The target must fit every ingredient and the preservative. Reaching it does not establish safety or shelf life.
Confirm the target and adjuster compatibility before following the guide.
Before preparing this formula
- Source: owner-uploaded recipe cards, read 18 October 2026. Data transcribed into the Recipe Lab format.
- The poster lists 5% SNAP-8 and 3% SYN-AKE and calls them powders. These levels must not be treated as recommendations for pure peptides.
- Lubrizol specifies a 3–10% use level for its SNAP-8 peptide solution C, whose ingredient list includes water and caprylyl glycol. That specification cannot be applied directly to an unspecified raw powder.
- Confirm the exact supplier material, active content and permitted use level before calculating or mixing. The source pH target of 5.0–5.5 and warming advice are not verified for the materials being sold.

Preparation outline
- STEP 01
Confirm the exact material forms and use levels before using the source quantities.
- STEP 02
Source order: weigh HA base, incorporate SNAP-8, then SYN-AKE; mix and transfer to an airless bottle only after the complete formulation has been assessed.
- STEP 03
The source suggests pH 5.0–5.5 and gentle warmth. Verify both against the actual ingredients and preservative first.
